1. Introduction
1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Rally of the Lakes Competition hosted by Assess Ireland.
2. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not participate in the Competition.
2. Eligibility
1. The Competition is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
3. Competition Period
1. The Competition will commence on 10th of April and end on 29th of April. Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
1. To enter the Competition, participants must correctly answer the question posed on the Assess Ireland Competition landing page.
2. Only Answers given on the landing page will be considered, any answers given in any other format will not be counted.
5. Prize
1. The prize for the Competition is a weekend stay at the Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney, for the specified weekend of the 2024 Rally of the Lakes event, and a 250 euro voucher for Assess Ireland services.
2. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative date.
3. The winner will be selected from all correct entries received during the Competition Period.
4. The winner will be notified by email on the closing date, 29th of April If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. General Conditions
1. Assess Ireland reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any other reason.
2. By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Assess Ireland to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
3. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Competition.
4. Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
By entering the Rally of the Lakes Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
