You do not need to pay a fee for making this type of request.
Your request should include your full Name and Address if you require a response via post. If you require a response via email, you should include your Full Name, Email Address and a Mobile Phone Number. The mobile phone number will be used to send you a password to open your data information.
Your request should also include a copy of proof of identity and proof of address.
Once we have received your data access request, along with supporting proof of identity and address, we shall respond within 2 working weeks of your request.
Please Note: We reserve the right not to process an access request received without proof of identity and we do not accept requests via telephone or text message.
