Assess Ireland pay great attention to Quality Assurance.  Assess Ireland will aim to consistently provide vehicle assessment work to the highest standard and to the complete satisfaction of its clients.  Our Quality Assurance system includes the following aspects:
  • Standardised assessments - all assessors use the same process when conducting an assessment;
  • Standardised reports;
  • Adherence to agreed service standards, e.g. response time, etc.
  • Random quality checks conducted by Assess Ireland; and
  • Customer complaints management system
